Your tasks
- Independent management of challenging digital projects in terms of strategy, content and technology in coordination with the UX/UI, development and performance teams
- Definition of new software functionalities and creation of derived requirement profiles and user stories in close cooperation with the customer
- Ensuring the success of the project, including budget and cost monitoring, quality and adherence to deadlines
- Ensuring effective and efficient communication between all project participants
- Conception, design and moderation of workshops for and with the customer, as well as prioritisation of the requirements in the product backlog
- Central contact person in the project for technical and strategic questions as well as methodical procedures
- Representation of our client's interests and proactive support during implementation
- Monitoring the progress of the development team within the sprints
- Identifying best practices and new trends in the field of Agile/Scrum
Your profile
- Completed studies with a digital focus or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a product owner in a digital agency
- A corresponding certification is an advantage
- Empathy and strong communication skills towards customers and their target groups
- Independence, proactivity and team player qualities
- Experience in the implementation of challenging digital projects as well as application knowledge of current technologies
- Basic knowledge of CMS (TYPO3, WordPress, Shopware)
- Excellent expressiveness in the German language, good English skills
- Excellent knowledge of the agile environment, e.g. SCRUM and KANBAN
